Customers are advised that during the Christmas period, Network Rail will be undertaking engineering work and are advised to check for service alterations at before you travel.

Norwich, Ipswich, Clacton and Colchester services will terminate at Ingatestone where bus replacement services operate to Newbury Park Underground Station for connections to Stratford and Liverpool Street. National Rail Tickets will be accepted on TfL services to central London. On Sunday 3 only, until 0830 buses replace trains between Ipswich and Newbury Park and until 1030 between Colchester and Newbury Park. After 2230 buses also replace trains between Newbury Park and Colchester and Ipswich. From 2115 The Sudbury branch services will also be replaced by buses.
