Abellio Greater Anglia is calling on users of Norwich rail station to share their views about access and how their journeys could be made easier.

As part of a wide ranging Station Travel Plan exercise, researchers have been asking station users for their views on how they get to and from the station, and how their journeys could be made easier.

Users of Norwich Rail station are encouraged to complete the survey online at https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=143455486528

The survey, which will run for three weeks, opens on Monday 22 June.

Abellio Greater Anglia's Area Customer Services Manager, James Reeve said "Our work with Norwich City Council and Norfolk County Council aims to sort out some of the current issues that our customers face on their journeys to the station by car, bus, bike or on foot. The information collected will help us to identify which problems need to be tackled to improve the journey from door to door."

Improvement work is already underway at the station, which will see improved cycle facilities, new retail units, a refurbished waiting room and new customer information centre installed by the end of the year.
