Pension
We offer two contributory pension schemes (money purchase and final salary). Once you have been in the money purchase scheme for 2 years you can then join the final salary scheme. We will contribute one and a half times your pension contribution rate for both schemes and both pensions offer life cover and pay out a death in service benefit equal to four times your salary.
Cycle to Work
You can choose to exchange part of your salary in return for the lease of a bike for work. You don't pay income tax or National Insurance on the price of your new bike so you could typically save anything between 32% and 42% off the normal retail price!
Long Service Awards
We want to recognise those people who have given their commitment and loyalty to Greater Anglia and you will receive an award if you achieve 5, 10, 25 and 50 years' service.
